After years in advertising and business intelligence, her collaboration with Claes Fornell (the most influential professional in quality and marketing worldwide (INFORMS 2008)), led her to lead projects related tothe American
Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) in the United States, Sweden and Spain.
In 2010 he established EMO Insights International, being the inspiration for the FEM (Feelings Experience Management ®) methodology recognized by the London Business School through its publication Business Strategy Review.
In 2017 he launches FANScinology to develop businesses based on fascination as a means of growth andin 2019 found Leonardos Club to provide proposals for change to society.
TEACHING AND EDUCATIONAL WORK
Cum Laude Doctor in Marketing by the UCM, his project was selected from more than six hundred works in the world to be exhibited at the Campus of Excellence 2007 facing Nobel Prize winners from different areas.
He has collaborated for years with Schools of international prestige like himIE Business School and the European University. He has also directed pioneering programs at ESIC Business School and is part of the Council of Notables of the UCM.
